Beginning Monday, January 25, The Bridgewater Bistro in Astoria, OR, will feature special Caribbean dishes and beverages at lunch and dinner for two weeks through February 7. All proceeds from the sales of these items will be donated to Doctors Without Borders in support of their extraordinary relief efforts in the devastated country of Haiti.
