Bunco for Breast Cancer

The Peninsula Bunco Club is having its Bunco for Breast Cancer night, on Saturday, June 12th, at 6PM, at the Chautauqua Lodge, 304 N. 14th Street, in Long Beach.  All proceeds are to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s efforts to save lives through early detection by providing free mammograms for the needy, and for breast cancer research.

Men and women over 18 years old are welcome.  There is a suggested $5 donation.  There will be game prizes and raffle drawings.  Come and enjoy playing Bunco and help this worthy cause. For information call 360?665-5760.

Also, Nancy Magathan, of Columbia Memorial, working with the Susan G. Komen Foundation will be at hand to provide information about breast cancer and free mammograms for those who cannot afford them.
