I’m looking for the 2011 Adult softball tournament schedule for Long Beach is that available?

I don’t have this year’s schedule yet but I imagine you can get it from the City of Long Beach and/or Joe Hightower. Joe’s contact info shows on the 2010 schedule. The City is 360-642-4421.

I am trying to register for the Sep24&25 tournament I have call Joe several times , is there an alternate contact? we need to make arrangements.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting. My best advice is to contact the City of Long Beach at 360-642-4421. I’ve forwarded your note to them as well.
I had talked w/ Joe Hightower a couple of months back about 2- different softball tournaments.
The first one was cancelled do to not enough teams signing up. The second one Sept. 24-25 is a tournament my team has been coming to for over 10 years, I hear Joe had some health issues and someone else was filling in for him, some how my team was not on the list and now the tournament is full. I have about 30 ppl that make this trip every year. I feel that I had done everything I was suppose to do. Can you make room for our team or something, I understand the unfortunate situation with Joe, but think something should be done. thank you Dwayne Brauhn
So far, Dwayne, I’ve been unable to track down an alternate contact. The softball tournaments are privately run, so the City of Long Beach tells us they have no more information, either. Sorry to not be more help; if I find any more information, I’ll share it here.
