Seaport Air is now running three, 35-minute flights daily between Portland (PDX) and Astoria (AST). These are 9-passenger planes with no overhead or underseat storage. Because of that, there is a 35 lb. limit on luggage, unless someone wants to pay $35, in which case they can take up to 50 pounds on a flight.
