Chefs, innkeepers and gourmands alike share their passion for one of the Long Beach Peninsula’s most prolific – and delectable – natural products during the Wild Mushroom Celebration. Timed with the peak harvest of autumn’s bounty, this unique event touts the talents of the Peninsula’s famed culinary community and the wealth of the area’s fresh local ingredients during such gatherings as tastings, discussions and winemaker dinners.

All recipes are designed to teach concepts and techniques that are useful beyond the single recipe.
