Where to Watch for Whales

In March North Head Lighthouse offers spectacular chances to see whales moving north to Alaskan waters for the summer.  Especially when the weather is like this.  Wednesday morning the skies were clear and the temperature approaching sixty degrees.  I knew it was a little early to expect to spot the whales in migration, but it was worth the walk just to check out the view.

Nice video. But the jiggling has got to stop.

Can you hear whale music from this spot?

I don’t know anyone who has tried, Eric. If you have the equipment to listen, one of our charter companies would take you out to give it a go.
