THE FABULOUS WHATEVERLY BROTHERS, SATURDAY MARCH 13, 7:30 PM
Saturday, March 13 at 7:30 pm marks the fourth annual performance at the Sou’Wester by the Fabulous Whateverly Brothers (Dan Roberts, Matthew Moeller, Chris Glanister).
The Brothers, a vocal trio from the Puget Sound region, are well known for their fun and exhuberant performances. Their very name seems to suggest an all encompassing milieu. All styles and genre of music are fair game to the Whateverlies. Whether it be folkie, doo wop, rock, American, classical, or traditional, the brothers mold it into their own unique style. Their love of music is obvious in the fun, irreverent, poignant and thoughtful songs they sing and play.
The performance at the Sou’Wester Lodge marks another anniversary for the Fabulous WBs. As they did at their Sou’wester performance in 2009, the Fabulous Whateverly Brothers will be releasing a brand new recording. “Live – Take 2″ is a full length CD from the Brothers and as its name suggests, was recorded at a performance November 21, 2009 at the C & P Coffehouse in Seattle. Packed with crowd favorites and a full house, the new CD hints at the fun to be had at one of their performances.
The performance starts at 7:30 pm. Reservations are recommended because of limited seating. A donation, all of which goes to charity, is appreciated. The artists and lodge donate their services. Light refreshments are provided. Reservations can be made by phoning 360-642-2542, or by email souwester@willabay.org
